The Collaboration Process
Becoming a Watch Altars collaborator is simple and supported at every step.

Submit Interest
Fill out the partnership interest form so we understand your context, vision and the type of collaboration you're exploring.

Discovery Conversation
Our collaborations team meets with you to listen, answer questions and discern the best fit for your community.

Alignment & Agreement
We review requirements, expectations and shared values, then formalize a simple partnership agreement.

Onboarding & Training
You receive resources and training to help you launch with confidence.

Launch & Grow Together
Go live with ongoing support and regular check ins.

Become a Collaborator
Ready to begin? Choose your track, review what's expected, and submit your interest form.
Campus Track
For colleges and universities planting or joining a chapter. Includes launch coaching, leadership training and full curriculum access.
School Track
For high schools and middle schools launching clubs and outreach programs with age appropriate materials and trained mentors.
Church Track
For congregations hosting, partnering or providing pastoral support. Includes a partnership agreement and shared event calendar.
Organization Track
For ministries, nonprofits and community groups collaborating on service, events and shared kingdom initiatives.
Shared Statement of Faith
Partners affirm the core Christian beliefs outlined in our Statement of Faith and commit to a Christ centered mission.
Safety & Conduct Standards
All partners uphold clear safety, integrity and conduct standards, including background checks for leaders working with minors.
Active Engagement
Maintain regular communication, participate in regular check ins and uphold the commitments in your partnership agreement.
Designated Liaison
Each partner names a primary point of contact who coordinates with the Watch Altars collaborations team.
