Pick a team and walk through a real week with them, from setup to the moment it all comes together.

Leading the room into God's presence.
Load in at Price Center Theater, run cables and balance the in ear monitors before the band starts.
Run the setlist, then gather to pray over the lyrics and the students who will walk through the doors.
Line check, a final run of the set, and an acoustic prelude as students arrive from across campus.
The moment it all becomes worth it, as the room lifts its voice together.

Tangible love for the city of San Diego.
Meet the team at the service site, pack meal kits and hygiene bags, and commission the day in prayer.
Distribute meals alongside a local shelter, share conversation and pray with anyone who is open.
Gather as a team to share the stories of the morning and lift up the people you met.
Log connections, coordinate the next partners, and rest knowing the city was loved well today.

Carrying what God is doing on campus far beyond the room.
Plan the week's reels, testimonies and event promos together at the Media Lab, Price Center.
Film student testimonies around campus, the real stories that move people to come and see.
Cut footage, color grade, and lay out graphics for this weekend's gatherings.
Push the week's stories live across socials, the newsletter and the livestream.

Free academic help, given with patience and grace.
Set up at Geisel Library for students preparing for midterms and problem sets.
Walk a freshman through calculus. Patience and encouragement matter as much as the math.
Host a chemistry review with whiteboards, snacks and a culture of grace under pressure.
End the night praying with students about exams, anxiety and the things grades cannot fix.
Every Watch Altars team runs on the same DNA. These are not slogans on a wall, they are how we treat each other and the campus we are called to.
Jesus is not a department, He is the reason every team exists. We serve to make Him known (John 14:6).
You are a son or daughter before you are a volunteer. We care about your soul long after the event ends.
We give God our best work, not our leftovers, whether that is a sound mix, a meal or a math problem.
Every role is a discipleship pathway. We raise leaders, not just fill rosters, and we celebrate progress.
No prerequisites, no cliques. Whether you are exploring faith or rooted in it, there is a seat saved for you.
We exist for UC San Diego, believers and skeptics alike. The city is our parish and the campus our mission field.
